The new OFX plug-­in capability now gives artists running The Foundry’s Nuke and Blackmagic Design’s Fusion Studio the added capability to launch mocha Pro directly from the host application for an efficient visual effects workflow. mocha Pro 5 plug-­in for OFX is available on Windows, OS X and Linux operating systems.

  -Enable AOVs toggle: If you Disable AOVs, Aton will start to ignore and not cache them for you. This can come useful if you want to render multiple frames, at the same time keeping the memory usage low.

All the cached buffers have only 3 channels instead of 4 while the Alpha is a special case for the RGBA channel only.

LUE is a grading gizmo that allows you to do collorcorrection in color and luminance seperately. It also does numeric compensation for luminance loss. It also allow you to change the grading colorspace, which will change the ranges that the Lift Gamma and Gain cover.
Due to the limited Nuke Studio gizmo featureset, the Nuke Studio version of LUE only contains a single color panel and some basic color controls such as Blackpoint, Whitepoint, Offset and Saturation.

V-Ray for NUKE brings the same technology used on Game of Thrones, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and hundreds of other film, commercial and television projects to professional compositors. Built on the same adaptive rendering core as V-Ray’s industry-standard plugins for Autodesk 3ds Max and Maya, V-Ray for NUKE is ready for all production pipelines.

V-Ray for NUKE brings the same technology used on Game of Thrones, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and hundreds of other film, commercial and television projects to professional compositors. Built on the same adaptive rendering core as V-Ray’s industry-standard plugins for Autodesk 3ds Max and Maya, V-Ray for NUKE is ready for all production pipelines.

V-Ray for NUKE gives compositors the ability to adjust lighting, materials and render elements all the way up until final shot delivery. Full control of 3D scenes in NUKE lets compositors match 2D footage and 3D renders simultaneously. For environments and set extension work, this cuts out the traditional back and forth that costs studios valuable time.

V-Ray for NUKE is available now through select resellers. A V-Ray for NUKE Workstation license can be purchased for €750. This includes one floating user license and one floating render node. V-Ray for NUKE can render on existing V-Ray 3.0 for 3ds Max and Maya render node licenses.
