Changes for v4.3.0 beta are:

- Adds new ForestLOD object to define levels of detail
- ForestLOD: visibility triggers by Distance to camera or Screen size
- ForestLOD: support for billboards and geometry
- ForestLOD: custom materials
- ForestLOD properties can be adjusted in Camera rollout
- Adds Areas->Limit by Surface Material ID
- Areas->Falloff Affect is split into Density and Scale values
- Forest Tools->Data exporter to XML files
- Adds General->Disable Pop-ups: turns off all suggestions and warning messages
- Geometry->Get Size from Library has been removed and enabled by default
- Geometry->Global Size parameters have been removed
- Geometry->Use Object Dimensions is replaced by local Scale parameter
- New Display->Proxy model: Arrow (non-symmetrical)
- Adds Display->Disable Object
- Forest Tools->Instantiate copies various properties from the source object
- Adds 16 new library presets: Gravel, including detail and large scale models
- Adds library materials for Corona Renderer
- Fixes an Exclude areas problem with Inverted Falloff Curves
- Fixes issues with Distribution->Diversity Map and UV Surfaces
- Fixes a rare problem related to missing Surfaces on load
- Fixes minor issues in MAXScript functions
- Fixes a potential crashing bug on Forest cloning
- Forest Color ignores status of Override checkbox when using Tint by Element
- Adds Undo support to Geometry->Copy/Paste operations
