Changes for v2.0 are:

- Flat and round books are now integrated into one script
- You can now choose between flat, round or both (random)
- 1 to 100 book iterations on the same textures collection
- Adds randomization of texture order
- Adds position randomization to enhance realism
- Both V-Ray and mental ray support (Arch&Design materials)
- Full control over V-Ray and mental ray reflection parameters
